"EcoLuster 1/30NM 50% Recycled Polyester / 50% Recycled Nylon" is a newly upgraded product in the 'Huan Li Si' series. Its English name, 'EcoLuster,' combines 'eco-friendly' (Eco-) with 'luminous texture' (Luster), capturing the essence of fibers that are sustainably sourced and resilient, accurately reflecting the balance between sustainability and practical aesthetics. Through a recycled material over-wrapping process, equal proportions of recycled polyester and recycled nylon fibers are nested together, creating a high-performance yarn that is elastic, smooth on the surface, and resistant to wrinkles and abrasion. Recycled nylon provides flexibility and resilience, while recycled polyester ensures dimensional stability and wrinkle resistance. The over-wrapping process further optimizes fiber cohesion, allowing the yarn to maintain a delicate touch and smooth surface even at a 1/30NM count. Finished fabrics have a graceful drape and crisp structure, suitable for frequently worn sportswear and home textiles, and are resistant to pilling and snagging.
